Senior Data Scientist

We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our team. You will work on the core logic of our ad-tech system - from conversion optimization and auction strategies to automated creative generation. This is a role for a pragmatic researcher who acts as a full-stack DS for offline pipelines and a solution designer for real-time logic. You don't just train models; you investigate complex system behaviors, find root causes of anomalies, and ensure your solutions deliver real business impact.

Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the ML framework for conversion rate optimization and auction bidding strategies.
• Design and build robust offline data pipelines for feature engineering, model training, and analytics.
• Build the logic and pipelines for the automated creative generation system and landing page optimization (leveraging GenAI tools).
• Investigate system anomalies (e.g., prediction biases in specific geos, traffic quality issues) and identify root causes in complex environments.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure system performance.
• Work on diverse tasks, including Anti-fraud, LTV prediction, and User Context analytics.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Solid mathematical foundation (probability, statistics, ML theory) - you understand the "why" behind the algorithms.
• Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines (from data extraction to model evaluation).
• Strong problem-solving skills: ability to debug complex systems with interdependent variables (e.g., diagnosing over-prediction or data drift).
• Ability to deliver results: from independent research to production-ready pipelines or clear engineering specs.
• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have:

• Ad-Tech experience is a major plus
• Experience with PyTorch or similar deep learning frameworks.
• Experience with Databricks / Spark.
