Product Manager

A leading startup specializing in synthetic media and interactive AI characters.

The company is stable and successful, backed by top-tier venture capital, and operates in global markets with strategic partnerships with companies such as Microsoft, Dell, Pepsi, and more.

The company is based in Tel Aviv (a few minutes’ walk from the train station) and offers a hybrid work model with two work-from-home days per week.

The role includes:

• Leading the end-to-end development of AI conversational products
• Combining avatar technology with advanced AI capabilities
• Defining product vision and strategy
• Collaborating closely with R&D teams
• Understanding customer and market needs
• Driving the product from concept to launch

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product management
• Strong technical understanding of design principles and UX
• Familiarity with product methodologies and ability to write clear, well-structured requirements
• Ability to use metrics and user feedback to inform decision-making
• Experience with AI, generative AI, or language models (LLMs) – significant advantage
