Role Responsibilities

• Identifying, establishing, and maintaining ongoing relationships with potential companies, relevant investors, and service providers in the Capital Market.
• Preparing, writing, and regularly updating marketing materials.
• Conducting research and analyze to derive strategic insights, identify potential markets, and develop market education and sales points.
• Coordinating and conducting ongoing meetings with companies pre-ipo, while managing and tracking databases and inquiry statuses.
• Creating and maintaining a continuous professional dialogue with global exchanges, investors, and underwriters.
• Initiating and organizing professional events, roundtables, and other collaborations.
• Promoting new financial products in the Capital Market.
• Developing new initiatives to expand TASE’s activity, including identifying potential issuers, attracting new investors, and creating services for both public and private companies.

Requirements

• Relevant bachelor’s degree – required; master’s degree in economics or business administration – an advantage.
• At least two years of proven capital market experience.
• Strong ability to plan, lead, and execute long-term processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English, including Public speaking experience.
• Familiarity with institutional investors in Israel and abroad – an advantage.
• Familiarity with Israeli high-tech companies and investors – an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Office tools, including preparing presentations, marketing documents, and managing advanced data spreadsheets.
