AI Technology Lead

We are looking for an AI Technology Lead to join us and lead the implementation of AI solutions within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business needs and design fast, efficient AI-based technological solutions
• Manage the implementation of existing AI-based solutions
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to adapt the firm’s existing AI-based products
• Work closely with senior management and internal stakeholders, including presenting solutions and providing training on tools
  
  

• Strong familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem
• Experience in building AI-based solutions (e.g., developing Agents)
• Proven experience in AI and knowledge of leading tools and technologies (such as Microsoft Copilot 365)
• Familiarity with leading platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform
• Understanding of business processes and ability to bridge business needs with technological solutions
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Creative thinking and real-time problem-solving skills
• Advantage: Experience in AI within large organizations, preferably in Professional Services firms
  
  

• Industrial Engineering and Management / Software Engineering / Information Systems or related field
