Business Operations Associate

We are looking for a Business Operations Associate to join a cross-organizational operations team in a technology-driven environment.

This is a hands-on, analytical role combining data, operational monitoring, process improvement, and administrative responsibilities, with broad exposure across the organization and close collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and accompany cross-organizational strategic and operational projects
• Collect, analyze, and present data to support management decision-making
• Build work plans, define KPIs, and monitor performance across business units
• Identify gaps, analyze operational challenges, and formulate actionable recommendations
• Analyze customer satisfaction trends and highlight organizational insights
• Lead and support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives across the organization
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support projects and teams
• Own and manage ad-hoc projects based on evolving business needs

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in an analytical, operational, PMO, or business analysis role – an advantage
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools – an advantage
• Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
