GenAI Specialist

A leading global company is looking for a GenAI Specialist for a temporary 3 month position

We are looking for a hands-on GenAI Specialist to lead the development and implementation of enterprise-grade GenAI solutions. This role includes end-to-end ownership of designing, building, and optimizing GenAI systems that ingest large volumes of organizational knowledge and enable high-quality data querying.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement enterprise-ready GenAI systems tailored to organizational needs
• Lead the ingestion of internal knowledge, documentation, and datasets into GenAI pipelines
• Define and optimize Embedding and Chunking strategies to ensure accurate query results
• Perform continuous Fine-Tuning and optimization of GenAI models for improved accuracy
• Write production-level code as part of a project leveraging LLMs / RAG architectures
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams and support system integration
• Continuously improve system performance, accuracy, and reliability

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience building enterprise-level GenAI systems – must
• Deep understanding of Embedding and Chunking strategies – must
• Strong ability to tune and refine Chunking approaches to achieve high accuracy – must
• Practical experience with ingestion of organizational documents and enabling data querying
• Experience with RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, and hands-on coding – must
• Familiarity with GenAI tools, frameworks, and related technologies – advantage
• Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end technical processes
