Role Description

For one of our leading clients, we are looking for a Media Manager to manage teams and lead the client’s entire marketing and communications activity.

The role includes overall responsibility for strategic processes, hands-on execution of work plans, ongoing management of multiple stakeholders, and achieving business goals (including ROI and B2B activity).

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage professional teams
Drive and oversee strategic processes
Manage budgets, meet business targets, and monitor performance (ROI)
Collaborate with all relevant internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in digital campaign/media management – mandatory
Proven experience leading teams – mandatory
Client management experience – an advantage
Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate employees, and work independently
Excellent prioritization skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of the digital media landscape, including relevant platforms and tools
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, analytics tools, and media platforms such as Google, Meta, etc.
Bachelor’s degree

Hybrid work model: Holon / Netanya + one work-from-home day
