Global Finance Data Owner

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Global Finance Data Owner to join our Global Finance team.

In this role, you will drive data standardization, process alignment, and smart system implementations across the organization.

You will manage and support BI tools, SQL databases, and the data warehouse, while leading data governance practices and ensuring data reliability for global financial management needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertise in data structures and financial data architecture across the company.
• Manage BI and data visualization tools, ensuring data accuracy and adhere to business governance policies and standards.
• Provide guidance and support to the Economics department on operating systems and data-source procedures.
• Lead the business stream of the Data Warehouse transition project, including timeline management, change management, URS creation, development oversight, and implementation validation.

• Manage external technical service providers and coordinate ongoing collaboration with ADAMA IT teams.
• Collect and analyze global financial business requirements to support system and process enhancements.
• Own change control processes, risk assessments, and mitigation planning related to new system requirements and projects.

Requirements:

• Economics or Information systems degree – must.
• Experience with data projects in the financial area (3-5 years) – must.
• Understanding and familiar with financial business processes – must.
• Experienced with tools such as SQL DB, BI – must.
• Experience with SAP systems such as S4H (CO, FI, PS), BPC, SBO, PAPM, MDG, Data Sphere – an advantage
• Fluent in English
