Software Team Leader

We are looking for a Team Lead to join the CTO group — the company’s core research team. This role combines building a team from scratch (around five engineers) with a strong hands-on contribution, working closely with the CTO on core R&D and key architectural decisions, with real impact from day one.

What you need:

• Hands-on team leader with a great software and deployment architecture skills
• At least 3 years of experience in managing development teams
• At least 3 years of experience in Python- Must
• At least 3 years of experience in running and maintaining a production system
• Experience with agile development
• Experience with CI/CD
• Experience with cloud-based server infrastructure such as AWS Cloud
• Building distributed system in a microservice architecture using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm

Ability to support the following:

• Experience with AI lifecycle including LLM model selection, training, finetune, and inference
• Experience with GO
• Experience with JavaScript including React/Redux
• Experience with of data monitoring and visualization tools (Prometheus/Grafana)
