Marketing Analytics Team Leader

Wanted: Marketing Analytics Team Lead for a global AdTech company in Tel Aviv.

This is a very rewarding full-time and hybrid position.

The chosen candidate will own and scale paid search strategy across multiple global SaaS brands, lead a high-performing PPC team, manage multi‑million‑dollar budgets, and drive complex, high‑impact initiatives in a fast‑moving international environment.

Job Responsibilities:

● Define, own, and execute the global PPC strategy across a portfolio of leading SaaS brands

● Manage and optimize large-scale acquisition budgets while maximizing ROI and meeting aggressive KPIs

● Execute hands-on campaign buildout, optimization, A/B testing, and scaling across multiple platforms

● Lead, mentor, and develop the PPC team, with room to expand team structure and responsibilities

● Collaborate with Product, Data/BI, and Creative teams to drive cross‑functional marketing initiatives

● Present performance insights, strategic roadmaps, and budget recommendations to senior leadership and C‑level executives

● Explore and test additional paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Programmatic) to diversify acquisition efforts

Job Requirements:

● 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing with a strong focus on PPC/Paid Search (Google Ads & Bing)

● Recent hands-on experience with SaaS or subscription-based digital products (highly preferred)

● Proven success managing multi‑million‑dollar global marketing budgets

● 1+ years of experience managing or mentoring a team

● Strategic, proactive mindset with the ability to lead complex initiatives independently

● Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of CPA, LTV, ROI, and attribution models

● Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and C‑level executives
