Solution Engineer-Student

Wint is an innovative startup experiencing rapid global growth and leading IoT-based water management solutions for the real estate and industrial sectors. Our system leverages Machine Learning to monitor water consumption, detect anomalies, prevent leaks, and automatically shut off water when needed. Our customers prevent damages worth millions of dollars per incident and reduce ongoing water consumption by 20%–25%.

Wint is seeking a part-time student to join the Solutions team as a Site Survey Editor. This is a dynamic, field-oriented role that includes frequent travel to sites across the country and is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup while making an immediate impact on a large-scale project

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engineering site surveys
• Assess customer requirements for implementing Wint systems
• Design and plan system layouts on engineering drawings for customers in Israel and globally
• Provide installation guidelines and equipment lists
• Support the sales team during the solution design and pre-installation phases
• Collaborate closely to accurately understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions
• Work in close coordination with Operations and Project Management teams
• Translate customer requirements into clear inputs for relevant internal departments
• Deliver clear, professional explanations of Wint’s technology and solutions to customers

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Hebrew & English)
• Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach
• Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment

Required Skills and Experience

• Civil Engineering student (preference for Water Engineering)
• Proficient in English (verbal and written) – Required for working with global customers
• Basic knowledge of reading engineering drawings/blueprints (acquired during studies)
• Technological orientation and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Familiarity with piping systems — Advantage
• Willingness to travel frequently to sites across the country
• Excellent communication skills for customer-facing tasks
