Operational Excellence Lead

Logistics operational Excellence Lead | Industrial Company

We are seeking a Logistics Excellence Lead to join our Business Transformation Department and take part in a meaningful journey of process improvement, technological innovation, and the implementation of a culture of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations, including distribution centers, transportation, and inventory
• Analyze performance data and reports using BI and Big Data systems
• Drive digital transformation and implement automation and innovative solutions
• Manage work plans and performance management routines to improve KPIs
• Lead cross-functional projects in collaboration with IT, Finance, Manufacturing, and other teams
• Coach and support teams in implementing improvement methodologies such as TPM

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or Logistics (Master’s degree – an advantage)
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, BI, or operational excellence
• Strong proficiency in BI tools – mandatory
• Excellent analytical skills, initiative, and a passion for new technologies
