AI & Automation Engineer (Mid) - Builder Position

We are now expanding our AI capabilities and looking for a hands-on engineer who enjoys building practical solutions using modern AI models and automation tools.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong Python skills with a Solution Engineer mindset, and who is excited about turning ideas into working systems quickly and creatively.

About the Role

As an AI & Automation Engineer, you will develop Python-based automations, integrations, and AI-driven agents that solve real operational and product challenges.

You’ll connect AI models to our infrastructure, experiment with external APIs, build rapid POCs, and bring them into production.

**This is not a traditional backend role and not a data science position.

We are looking for a Builder - someone who learns fast, experiments, solves problems, and delivers functioning tools.

What You’ll Do

1. Build & Develop

Write production-level Python code to create automation flows and AI agents.

Integrate AI models (e.g., GPT-4o, Claude, Veo) into internal workflows.

Develop utilities and tools that accelerate operations and product capabilities.

2. Research & Experiment (R&D Approach)

Receive a problem → research APIs/tools → test options → build the solution.

Example: Automating image text removal → you identify the right API, test it, and implement it end-to-end.

3. Integration & Workflow Engineering

Build smart automation workflows across multiple systems and services.

Work with REST APIs, Webhooks, and complex technical documentation.

4. Problem Solving & “Hacker Mindset.”

Find creative solutions to technical obstacles.

Build quick POCs that become robust production components.

Navigate ambiguity and deliver practical, working results fast.

Technical Skills

1+ years of hands-on Python development (industry experience or strong, verifiable projects).

Practical experience integrating REST APIs, Webhooks, and third-party services.

Basic SQL knowledge and ability to work with databases.

Strong ability to read, understand, and implement technical documentation.

Mindset & Approach

Builder mentality - you enjoy creating tools rather than waiting for long specs.

Solution-oriented thinking - you understand that code solves business problems.

Comfortable working independently and figuring things out quickly.

Self-learner who picks up new AI tools, libraries, and methods rapidly.

Genuine interest in AI and automation, staying updated with new tools.

Strong Advantages:

Experience developing with LLMs, LangChain, vector databases, and embeddings.

Experience with automation tools (Make, n8n), including building custom code nodes.

Experience in fast-paced environments (AdTech, MarTech, growth automation).
