Packaging Development Manager – Tel Yosef Dairy

Key Responsibilities

• :Lead innovation and efficiency processes in the packaging category
• .Support the production department, coordinate and manage packaging changes including design and production across categories
• .Provide assistance in resolving production and quality issues at company sites
• .Maintain documentation of packaging specifications, product files, and updated packaging archives
• .Manage relationships with marketing teams, designers, suppliers, company plants, procurement, and quality assurance, consolidating all services within the area of responsibility
• .Lead professional aspects of certifying new and existing packaging suppliers, and resolve technical challenges with suppliers and plants
• .Drive sustainability initiatives and implement sustainability projects across the group
• .Develop efficiency programs and lead technological solutions in supplier-related domains

Education & Required Skill

• s:Bachelor’s degree – mandator
• y.Strong command of English – mandator
• y.Familiarity with the food industry – advantag
• e.Proven experience in operating production machinery and troubleshooting in the food industry – mandator
• y.Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions – mandator
• y.Proficiency in SolidWorks/AutoCAD and ability to read technical drawings – mandator
