We are seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead for a financial institution located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Lead development tasks and large-scale technological projects
-Perform hands-on development of responsive and accessible web systems and websites
-Work on complex user interfaces and CMS systems
-Maintain high standards of code quality and performance
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in developing responsive websites and front-end technologies, including: HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
- 3 years of experience working with databases such as SQL Server / Oracle / MySQL
- 2 years of experience developing accessible websites in accordance with the international AA standard
- Proven experience leading development teams from a technical perspective
- Experience developing web products for a broad target audience
