Head of Development and Innovation | Ashdod | IAI | – ELTA Systems

We are looking for a Head of R&D and Innovation to join the TEMAM division at ELTA Systems.

The position includes:

• Leading development projects in the field of electro-optics
• Managing multiple high-tech projects with internal and external teams
• Overseeing projects from initiation to full development completion
• Building and executing business and technology plans
• Managing R&D programs and developing technology roadmaps

What we’re looking for:

• Israeli citizenship
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – required
• Proven experience leading electro-optics development projects at the full product level required
• Experience in managing development projects with budgets of at least $5M and a minimum of 5 years of experience – required
• Experience in indirect or direct management of engineers in high-tech systems development – required
