Electrical & Electronics Engineer

We are looking for an Electrical & Electronics Engineer to join the MRO plant at IAI’s Aviation

Division.

The position includes:

• Developing repair and maintenance processes for electrical and avionics aircraft components
• Providing professional engineering support to operational departments (avionics and electrical)
• Working with aviation authorities, customers, and local and international suppliers

What we are looking for:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering – required
• At least 3 years of experience as an electrical & electronics engineer – required
• High-level English (reading, writing, speaking) – required
• Experience in the aviation industry – significant advantage
• Experience with electrical schematic design software – advantage
• Experience with simulation software – advantage
• Experience in RF – advantage
• Experience analyzing analog, digital, and power circuits – advantage
• Experience preparing manufacturing files, process specifications, meeting schedules, and supporting the introduction of new products – advantage
• Proficiency in Office tools – required
• Experience with SAP – advantage

The Aviation Division is involved in all aspects of the aviation industry – from design and development, through engineering and manufacturing of aerostructures and complete aircraft, to testing and certification. We provide under one roof all maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services for aircraft, engines, and components.

In this role, you will take part in challenging engineering work across multiple fields, working directly with customers in Israel and abroad. It is a significant role that allows for initiative and independence while also involving hands-on field work.
