Product Manager

We are hiring a Technical Web3 Product manager to take ownership over how users and institutions interact with tokenized assets through our applications and underlying decentralized infrastructure.

This is a multi-dimensional role that combines product vision, High technical knowledge, delivery execution, and internal Web3 expertise. You’ll lead product efforts across both user-facing apps and core protocol components, while also acting as the company’s Web3 Product manager – guiding decisions and supporting teams wherever decentralized flows are involved.

This is a high-impact position with room to grow into a leadership role as the team and ecosystem expand.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product roadmap across Web3 flows, apps, and integrations
• Collaborate with design and engineering to craft intuitive user journeys for complex blockchain workflows
• Translate blockchain concepts (wallets, tokens, permissions, signing) into simple product specs
• Serve as the Web3 Owner internally – advising across squads and ensuring consistency of on-chain UX
• Partner directly with clients and institutional stakeholders to collect feedback and co-develop solutions
• Work with legal and compliance on readiness for KYC, AML, and digital securities requirements
• Drive internal alignment across product, engineering, design, and BD
• Support demos, onboarding, and go-to-market efforts with product leadership

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, including 1–2 years in Web3, crypto, DeFi, or fintech
• Hands-on knowledge of blockchain infrastructure, wallets, smart contracts, APIs
• Strong technical sense and ability to write product specs with technical clarity
• Experience working with agile teams and collaborating across functions
• Strong communication skills (internal + external)
• Comfortable leading product discussions with clients, partners, and execs
• Self-motivated, structured, and proactive

Bonus Points

• Experience with account abstraction, MPC wallets, or custody infrastructure
• Familiarity with tokenized securities, real-world assets, or regulated Web3 platforms
• Experience in defining protocols, API flowsת user journeys, smart contract design and contribution to protocol-level features
• Experience in B2B2C environments or infrastructure-as-product roles
• Passion for user-first product thinking in decentralized systems
