Senior Media Buyer (Full-Time) – Israel

About the Role
We are seeking a driven, analytical, and hands-on Senior Media Buyer to join the expanding Media Buying team.
This is a performance-focused role (not branding) — ideal for someone who thrives on scaling campaigns through experimentation, optimization, and deep data analysis.
You will manage end-to-end user acquisition campaigns across multiple ad networks and programmatic platforms, working closely with data, creative, and tech teams to drive measurable results.
This position offers ownership, growth, and the opportunity to shape strategies for top-tier mobile apps across multiple verticals.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize performance-based paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple advertising channels.
- Operate self-serve media buying on platforms across:
- Social: Twitter, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest
- Native: Taboola, Outbrain, Yahoo DSP
- SDK Networks: Mintegral, Unity, IronSource, AppLovin, Vungle–Liftoff
- OEM: Huawei, AppNext, Samsung, Xiaomi
- Additional: Apple Ads, Google Ads
- Analyze campaign performance data and deliver insights to improve ROI, retention, and profitability (CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc.).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and analytics teams to test strategies and scale high-performing approaches.
- Stay current with platform updates, new acquisition channels, and performance marketing trends.
- Take full ownership of your campaigns, including pacing, reporting, troubleshooting, and KPI-based decision-making.
Requirements
Must-Have
- 2–4+ years of hands-on media buying experience on digital advertising platforms.
- Experience with performance-focused user acquisition for mobile apps (agency experience strongly preferred; in-house also acceptable).
- Hands-on self-serve management across at least 3 platforms; Social / Native / SDK exposure strongly preferred.
- Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, reliability, attention to detail, and team spirit — curious, collaborative, and accountable.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Moloco, AppLovin, Taboola, Kayzen, Mintegral, Unity (strong advantage).
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative/analytical field.
- Experience buying media for industries such as Finance, Casino, E-commerce, Gaming, SaaS, or wider AdTech.

- No direct reports.
- Media Buying team currently consists of 6 team members at varying experience levels.
- Structured onboarding and mentorship — expect full ramp-up over the first year.
Location & Work Model
- Israel (Tel Aviv / Center preferred; open to wider Israel)
- Hybrid model: Tel Aviv office 3 days per week
