We are seeking a Systems Analyst and Project Manager for a financial company located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Lead cross-organizational technological projects
-Analyze and define business processes and systems
-Design and establish digital architecture
-Work closely with the product management team
-Work according to Agile methodologies
-Implement innovative technologies including AI-related projects
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in systems analysis and project management in the web domain
- Experience managing end-to-end technological projects
- Experience writing technical specifications and working according to Agile methodologies
- Experience working with databases and interfaces
- Experience in AI-integrated projects and prompt writing - advantage
