Quality Engineer

At Equashield, we’re pioneers in hazardous drug safety, transforming how healthcare providers handle and administer medication with best-in-class CSTD and pharmacy automation robotics.

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team in a leading medical device company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer complaints, conducting investigations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and the global clinical team to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and investigate customer complaints, ensuring thorough understanding of clinical actions.
• Drive and participate in company-wide CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) processes.
• Implement processes in compliance with GMP guidelines and ISO 13485 Quality Management System.
• Provide support for additional quality processes as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a quality-related certification.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and GMP standards.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing company – mandatory.
• High-level proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent technical understanding and problem-solving skills
