We are hiring a talented Video Editor who can turn raw footage into clear, engaging and story-driven content. The role covers both long form videos such as interviews, tutorials, podcasts, explainers and short form videos such as social media clips, ads, reels and promos as well as long form videos. You will collaborate with our creative content creators to ensure every piece of content supports our narrative, tone and strategic goals.

• Edit long form and short form videos from rough cut to final delivery

• Build strong story flow including structure, pacing and narrative clarity

• Create platform-optimized versions for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and more

• Add motion graphics, titles, captions, transitions, sound design and color correction

• Work with the creative team on concepts, visual style and content direction

• Manage multiple projects in parallel while meeting deadlines

• Maintain an organized and scalable media asset workflow

• Suggest improvements and creative ideas that elevate our content

• Two to four years of professional editing experience in a studio, agency, brand or freelance setting

• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

• Proven ability to edit both long form and short form content

• Strong sense of timing, rhythm and storytelling structure

• Experience with color correction, audio mixing and motion graphics

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently with frequent iterations

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Experience in content strategy or creative direction

• Ability to repurpose content for multiple platforms

• Basic animation or illustration skills

• Knowledge of YouTube or social media optimization

Applicants must include a portfolio or showreel that includes:

• At least two long form samples

• Multiple short form vertical examples

• Any storytelling or before-and-after work that demonstrates editing decisions

• Full time role with long term growth potential
