Warehouse Manager

What you will be doing:

The role includes full responsibility for the controlled flow of materials under medical regulatory requirements.

• Manage a team of warehouse associates, including task allocation, supervision, training, and employee development.
• Execute full warehouse operational tasks including receiving, storing, picking, kitting, cycle counting, issuing materials, and handling high-mix inventory environments.
• Perform documentation, traceability, and record keeping according to quality and regulatory procedures.
• Handle serial-numbered items, packaging, palletizing, labeling, and preparation for internal/external shipments.
• Ensure proper storage conditions and adherence to FIFO/FEFO workflows.
• Work according to GMP, ISO13485 standards, and internal company SOPs.
• Coordinate closely with Service, Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing, and Production departments.
• Oversee warehouse organization, cleanliness, equipment safety, and operational readiness.
• Generate operational reports, analyze KPIs, and lead continuous improvement processes within the warehouse.

What you have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing warehouse operations, preferably in the medical-device industry.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop employees.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and cross-functional interfaces.
• High level of responsibility, ownership, and service orientation.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office and an ERP system (Priority – advantage)
• English reading and writing in a good level
