Head of Marketing Communications Unit

We are looking for a senior leader to head our Marketing Communications Unit, driving brand growth and impact through integrated communication strategies across all business units.

Key Responsibilitie

• Lead advertising, digital, and creative excellence initiatives
• Drive digital transformation and strengthen audience-based communication capabilities
• Manage agencies, suppliers, budgets, contracts, and negotiations
• Build strategic partnerships with brands, platforms, retailers, and content creators
• Develop and implement community strategies to enhance consumer engagement

Requiremen

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in marketing communications, including 3+ years in a major advertising agenc
• At least 5 years of proven leadership experience managing team
• Client-side MarCom/Advertising experience – mandator
• Strong expertise in digital transformation, social media, and creative innovatio
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with senior management and complex interface
