Job Description:

Entrypoint is seeking a Controller for a meaningful and influential role, with broad responsibility for financial reporting, controls, and leading cross-organizational financial processes. The position involves close collaboration with the CFO and is suitable for candidates with a background outside a CPA firm and approximately two years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including in-depth analyses and period-over-period comparisons.

Preparing management reports for senior leadership, with strong business insight and the ability to tell the story behind the numbers.

Budgetary control, tracking actuals versus budget, identifying gaps, and proposing improvements.

Working closely with accounting managers, providing professional guidance and oversight of bookkeeping activities.

Preparing and monitoring accounting governance processes and implementing internal controls.

Working with external auditors, advisors, and various reporting frameworks.

Job Requirements:

Approximately five years of experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller outside a CPA firm.

Certified Public Accountant license.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is mandatory.

Proven experience in financial close processes, management reporting, and financial analysis.

Excellent proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, with an advantage for experience in Priority.

Experience managing processes מול accounting teams.

Ability to work independently with a high level of organization, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.

Strong business mindset with the ability to identify trends and derive actionable insights.

High level of English proficiency.
