AV Support Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive AV Support Technician to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting audio-visual and videoconferencing equipment and systems across our offices and event spaces in Israel. 

You will provide technical support for meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring seamless AV and videoconferencing experiences for all users within the company sites. 

Key Responsibilities

•  Operate, and maintain AV and videoconferencing equipment, including projectors, displays, sound systems, videoconferencing systems, microphones, and control panels, supporting users throughout Israel.
• Provide on-site and remote support for meetings, webinars, and events, ensuring all AV and videoconferencing systems operate smoothly for teams.
•  Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues related to AV and videoconferencing systems within Israel.
•  Collaborate with IT to provide resolution of shared incidents
• Train and assist end-users on proper operation of AV and videoconferencing equipment and systems.
•  Maintain inventory of AV and videoconferencing equipment and accessories, and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
• Document procedures, configurations, and incidents for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an AV Technician, Support Technician, or similar role.
•   Strong knowledge of AV and videoconferencing systems, including Cisco videoconferencing platforms and related hardware.
•   Familiarity with network connectivity and basic IT troubleshooting.
•  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•  Flexibility to support events outside of regular working hours, as needed.
• Flexibility to travel to Haifa and Jerusalem sites as needed. 

Preferred Qualifications

•  Experience supporting AV and videoconferencing in corporate, educational, or conference environments.
• Live Events audio and video experience is a plus.
