Marketing Manager – India Desk

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the India Desk at IAI’s ELTA Division.

The position includes:

• Promoting, marketing, and selling ELTA systems in India

• Managing relationships with customers, business partners, and government authorities

• Coordinating marketing activities with IAI’s international marketing headquarters and internal divisions

• Driving sales processes, meeting contractual targets, and overseeing complex negotiations

• Understanding procurement procedures, local regulations, and establishing marketing infrastructure in the target region

• Working independently, making decisions, and representing the company with strong communication skills

• High business acumen, experience in business development, and managing negotiations

• Willingness to travel extensively abroad

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Business Administration – advantage)

• Fluent English – speaking, reading, writing, and presenting

• At least 5 years of international marketing experience in significant territories – preference for experience in India

• Proven experience in managing marketing representatives in foreign territories – required

• Experience in business development and collaborations with Israeli and international companies – required

• Familiarity with the global defense market, with technical understanding of defense systems
