🚀 DevOps Engineer (AWS | Kubernetes) – Payments Platform

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join the core team of a high-scale, mission-critical payments platform.

This is a real production environment with high traffic, strict SLAs, and zero room for downtime.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AWS-based infrastructure in production

• Manage and operate Kubernetes (EKS) clusters at scale

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins)

• Support microservices built with Node.js / Go / Java

• Operate real-time payment systems with high availability and reliability

• Implement security best practices: IAM, Secrets, networking, access control

• Monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch)

• Improve performance, scalability, and system resilience

• Work closely with developers, architects, and security teams

🧠 Requirements (Must Have)

• 4+ years of hands-on DevOps experience

• Strong experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch)

• Proven experience with Kubernetes and Helm

• Solid experience with Docker and containerized environments

• Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Pulumi / CloudFormation)

• Experience working on mission-critical systems (payments, fintech, banking, or similar)

• Strong understanding of networking, security, and scaling

• Ability to operate and troubleshoot production systems under pressure

➕ Nice to Have

• Background in payments, gateways, billing, or fintech platforms

• Experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ / SQS

• Event-driven and distributed system architectures

• Familiarity with PCI-DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001

• Experience with multi-region setups and disaster recovery

• Development background (Node.js / Go)
