Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DBA to join our CRM team — someone with deep expertise in database architecture, a passion for technology, strong teamwork capabilities, and full ownership of end-to-end processes.

The role includes complete responsibility for the management, maintenance, design, and performance optimization of the CRM databases, as well as developing PL/SQL logic, improving existing processes, building infrastructure, and defining best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Full end-to-end ownership of CRM databases, including understanding and monitoring existing infrastructures and processes, and developing PL/SQL logic to support business workflows.
• Performance monitoring and optimization of queries, indexes, and database structures.
• Ensuring high-quality development aligned with industry standards, including conducting code reviews.
• Participation in solution design and technology selection together with the team lead; active involvement in status meetings and project discussions.
• Close collaboration with development teams, system analysts, and QA teams.
• Monitoring production issues and conducting thorough Root Cause Analysis.

Professional Requirements

• Proven experience with Oracle version 10 and above – mandatory.
• At least 4 years of deep hands-on experience in PL/SQL development – mandatory.
• Significant experience working with CRM systems – major advantage.
• Experience with GoldenGate – strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field – advantage.
• Experience with Azure DevOps / Git / Jenkins – strong advantage.
