Operations Coordinator - 5473

We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator with end-to-end responsibility for managing the supply chain, from the initial request stage through to full delivery of goods to the customer.

The role involves close collaboration with suppliers, sales teams, and customers, and requires a strong combination of operational capabilities, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of procurement and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end management of the procurement process, from requesting quotations to final delivery to the customer.

Contacting local and international suppliers, obtaining quotations, conducting price comparisons, and preparing price offers for customers.

Transferring quotations to the sales representative and the customer, and accompanying the process until order approval.

Full operational handling of orders in Priority and Monday systems, including creation of customer orders and purchase orders, tracking shipments, goods receipt, issuing delivery notes, and coordinating delivery to the customer.

Maintaining full, accurate, and up-to-date documentation of all process stages in the company systems.

Providing full backup to Tal during vacations, with future permanent integration into the task distribution within the procurement team.

Job Requirements:

At least two years of experience in a similar role in procurement or supply chain.

Practical and in-depth understanding of supply chain processes, from order placement through delivery to the customer.

Proficiency in Priority and Monday systems is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.

High service orientation, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work with multiple interfaces.
