We’re looking for an Enterprise Project Management Officer (EPMO) to lead and scale our cross-company project management function. You’ll build standardized methodologies, drive predictable execution, and ensure strategic alignment across all departments and brands. Working closely with executives, departmental leaders, and project owners, you will support decision-making, improve delivery performance, and strengthen operational discipline.

This role blends strategic thinking, process excellence, and organizational leadership, with a strong impact on company-wide effectiveness and growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead project management frameworks, tools, and best practices across the organization
• Develop and maintain a unified project portfolio aligned with company priorities
• Translate strategic goals into clear project scopes, timelines, and KPIs
• Collaborate with executives and project owners to improve delivery and execution
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies across departments
• Implement governance processes, dashboards, and performance reporting
• Support resource planning and cross-functional coordination across teams
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in project/program management or EPMO in a tech-driven company
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong grasp of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and governance models
• Analytical thinker with experience building reporting and KPIs for delivery performance
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong execution skills
• Hands-on experience with PM tools like Monday.com, Jira, or equivalent
  
  

• Experience building a PMO/EPMO function from the ground up
• Background in SaaS, fintech, prop trading, or multi-brand environments
• Familiarity with the trading or financial markets ecosystem
• Close collaboration history with Product, R&D, Marketing, or Operations leadership
