Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Experience in project and partnerships management.
- 3 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners.
- 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience in Google Search/YouTube products in Marketing, Technology, AdTech industries.
- Experience working on Google ads products, analysis including theoretical knowledge, implementation and analysis.
- Experience with funnel optimization and conversion optimization with proven success cases that created bottom-line business impact.

Responsibilities
- Drive customer business growth through partner ecosystem services and create opportunities for cross and up-selling.
- Engage with customers, partners and sales team to deliver on sales opportunities and MCMs.
- Consult partners and selected advertisers on capabilities needed for this transformation, train and grow the partner excellence.
- Ensure service quality to partners with the internal and vendor teams, work on ongoing improvement of project management and establish scaleable service best practices
- Co-ordinate cross-functional communication and planning with various teams in Google, contribute to product development and feature prioritization through your input and business rationale.
