Performance Marketing Manager - Hands on

What we are looking for?

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute our hands-on digital acquisition efforts across both B2C and B2B audiences. This is a highly visible, execution-driven role, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing performance campaigns that drive measurable results — primarily in the Israeli market, with an increasing focus on global expansion.

What you’ll do:

• Hands-on campaign management: Own, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid channels.
• Multi-channel acquisition: Plan, execute, and scale cross-channel campaigns to drive high-quality leads and conversions across B2C and B2B funnels.
• Analytics and tracking: Implement and manage pixels, conversion tracking, and event-based measurement (Google Tag Manager, GA4).
• Data-driven optimization: Analyze performance across channels and funnels, turning insights into actionable optimizations to maximize ROI.
• Creative collaboration: Work with content, product, and design teams to develop high-performing creatives and landing pages.
• Channel innovation: Research, test, and evaluate new channels and tactics to expand reach, including global market initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing / demand generation with a strong focus on performance and measurable lead acquisition.
• Proven success managing campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and (preferably) LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, GA4, etc.) and a deep understanding of full-funnel performance metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
• Experience in the Israeli market (advantage) and ability to scale campaigns globally.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
