Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist, you will join the team responsible for the core elements of the company's systems - ranging from core economy, through segmentation, advanced analysis tools and up to our marketing expansion efforts. You will use advanced statistics, machine-learning and AI algorithms, leveraging real and synthetic data to help the company grow and become the leader of its industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop data science models to support production systems.
• Contribute to business decision-making and improve KPIs across various areas using advanced data analytics tools.
• Continuously monitor and improve model performance through testing and experimentation.
• Find creative and efficient solutions to complex data-related problems, including dynamics, causality, optimization, clustering, and online learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including game economy, development, and marketing — to identify and implement data-driven solutions.
• Communicate findings, insights, and innovations to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements and trends in data science and machine learning.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
• Experience with neural networks and deep learning (must).
• Experience working with time-series data (must).
• BSc degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Python and version control systems.
• Proficiency in querying languages such as SQL.
• Strong experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
• Experience in the gaming industry or with gaming-related data is an advantage.
