Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s AI practice and define the business growth strategy.

• Advise strategic clients: conduct C-level engagements, identify opportunities, assess needs, and propose tailored AI solutions.

• Build AI implementation plans for large enterprises and design end-to-end transformation processes.

• Lead customer projects: drive, manage, and deliver AI initiatives from concept to execution.

• Translate strategy into actionable workstreams: build delivery teams, structure workflows, and guide development/data/analysis teams.

• Develop internal AI methodologies, best practices, and capabilities.

• Build partnerships with vendors, technology companies, and startups in the AI ecosystem.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in AI / Data / ML; consulting or strategic roles are an advantage.

• Strong technological background — deep understanding of AI architectures, models, and infrastructure; ability to communicate at a high technical level with CTO/VP R&D stakeholders.

• Proven experience leading complex projects and managing technical teams.

• Demonstrated ability to work with large clients and lead full end-to-end consulting processes.

• Strong business and commercial orientation — opportunity leadership, solution building, and executive-level presentations.

• Strategic thinking, creativity, and the ability to translate technology into business value.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to manage multiple internal and external interfaces.

• Experience building a practice/unit from the ground up.

• Hands-on familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, open/closed models, and organizational AI implementations.

• Relevant technological/scientific degree.
