System Analyst - 5468

Role Overview:

Leading information systems projects within a growing private hospital network, including functional and technical specification of complex processes, requirement analysis, and defining organizational needs while working closely with management and end users. The role involves hands on implementation across multiple systems (Chameleon, CRM, Priority, RIS), providing support for changes and enhancements required for ongoing operations, and demonstrating a strong understanding of complex business processes.

Additional responsibilities include monitoring and controlling system processes, troubleshooting errors, converting requirements into detailed work instructions for developers and QA engineers, working directly with business users, managing interactions with external vendors, and overseeing the development and testing lifecycle.

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree
• Project management or systems analysis certification
• At least 3 years of experience as a systems analyst in organizations with complex and multi process environments, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Strong SQL knowledge and high technical abilities
