Own and build our go-to-market reporting infrastructure
Develop and maintain dashboards for funnel tracking, conversion metrics, team performance, and pipeline forecasting
Analyze GTM data to uncover what’s working (and what’s not), and partner with leadership to drive smarter decisions
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to design lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and routing logic
Implement automation and reporting processes that reduce manual work and increase visibility
Work closely with Product and Finance to align GTM insights with company-wide planning
Lead our SW stack development, build integrations, logic, and data hygiene
Build a central source of truth for the business

Requirements:

5–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales/Marketing Ops at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
Highly analytical – expert in Excel, and ideally comfortable with SQL
Experience with full-funnel GTM processes – from lead generation to deal won
Comfortable building dashboards, writing logic, and solving real business problems with data
Proactive, structured, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
