Senior Data Analyst / Analytical Project Manager

We are looking for a Leading Data Analyst with significant experience in analyzing complex data, building dashboards, and leading end-to-end analytical projects. In this role, you will drive business process improvements through data-driven insights, develop advanced SQL queries, and build organizational analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making. You will work with multiple stakeholders, manage data collection and cleansing, and play a key role in the bank's data strategy.

We are looking for a candidate with sharp analytical thinking, excellent technical skills, and proven project management abilities to lead cross-organizational processes.

📊 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to derive deep business insights.
• Write complex and efficient SQL queries for BI, controls, and analytical investigations.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, including KPI tracking and process monitoring.
• Lead end-to-end analytical projects – from requirements gathering and characterization to development, testing, and implementation.
• Develop automations to replace manual processes, improving response times, data quality, and accessibility.
• Perform ongoing data quality checks, detect anomalies, and enhance data reliability.
• Translate business needs into measurable analytical models and solutions.
• Collaborate with local and global teams, working across different time zones.
• Support AI and Data Readiness projects as needed.
• Conduct system testing and UAT, including planning and running test scenarios.

✅ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Data Analysis, including complex querying and understanding of various databases (Tabular) – Must.
• Proven experience in managing complex analytical projects – Must.
• Minimum 3 years of experience writing complex SQL for large databases (e.g., Teradata, SSMS, Cloud platforms) – Must.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with BI systems – Must (Power BI ,Tableau – Advantage).
• Experience in Credit Risk / Banking domains – Must.
• Experience working in a large organization with a systemic view – Must.
• High proficiency in Excel and MS Office (Min. 3 years) – Must.
• Academic degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering – Advantage.
