Implementation and systems analyst

Amarel is looking for a talented Systems Implementation & systems analyst to join our Safety & Quality team!

About the Role

Join our dynamic IT team responsible for implementing, analyzing, and managing information systems in safety and quality domains. You'll work in an agile environment alongside system analysts, developers, and product managers, both within the IT unit and across various organizational departments.

Key Responsibilities

• System Availability & Management: Ensure systems uptime, manage hardware/software/network upgrades
• Operations & Maintenance: Handle system operations, backups, recovery procedures, and proactive issue prevention
• Vendor Relations: Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers on relevant technical aspects
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various interfaces and organizational units
• Project Participation: Engage in information systems projects, implement client-driven improvements, write specification documents, and validate deliverables

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management (Information Systems specialization) OR Information Systems Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in systems implementation/systems analyst

Preferred:

• Experience with safety systems - significant advantage
• Cloud-based information systems implementation experience - significant advantage
