Promarket Group, one of Israel’s leading experiential and marketing groups, is looking for an experienced Sales Promotion / Experiential Marketing Manager (BTL) or Account Manager to lead our expanding BTL and sales-promotion unit.

🔹 About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a proven background in:

• Sales promotion

• Experiential marketing

• BTL campaigns

• Shopper activations

• Consumer promotions

Candidates may come from:

• Client side: Head of Sales Promotion / BTL / Shopper / Marketing

• Agency side: BTL Manager, Experiential Producer, Promotions Account Manager

This is a senior and strategic leadership role responsible for managing a full unit, developing creative promotional strategies, leading execution nationwide, and generating measurable impact for top brands.

🔹 Responsibilities

✅ Lead and manage the BTL, sales-promotion, and experiential marketing unit

✅ Develop and execute BTL campaigns, promotions, brand activations, and consumer experiences

✅ Manage senior client relationships and oversee all day-to-day operations

✅ Create concepts and experiential ideas for in-store, on-ground, and brand-led activations

✅ Develop budgets, work plans, timelines, and performance KPIs

✅ Coordinate with suppliers, production teams, field teams, and internal departments

✅ Support business development and contribute to the growth of the unit

🔹 Requirements

✔️ Proven experience in BTL, experiential marketing, sales promotion, or consumer activations

✔️ Strong understanding of retail environments, consumer behavior, and activation mechanics

✔️ Excellent client-management, negotiation, and presentation skills

✔️ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team

✔️ Creative, strategic, and commercially driven mindset

✔️ Fluent Hebrew required; strong English is an advantage
