What You’ll Do:

• Design and build sleek, pixel-perfect UIs across iOS and Android that delight users

• Develop microservices and backend APIs to support a seamless mobile experience

• Integrate deep, native-level features across both platforms

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks for optimal performance that feels native

• Maintain high-quality code with rigorous automated testing

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Android application development
• Expertise in object-oriented programming (OOP) and proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Extensive hands-on experience with Java and Kotlin for native Android development
• Proficient with build tools such as Gradle, Android Studio, and IntelliJ
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, request/response models, and local/offline data storage solutions
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and experience working with third-party dependencies and libraries
• Collaborative team player with a big-picture perspective and a proactive approach to product development

Nice to have:

• Experience with TypeScript, React Native, and Node.js
• Familiarity with Hooks, Redux, and React web development
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, Appium)
• Bonus: Experience developing for iOS (Objective-C, Swift) is an advantage
