We’re hiring our first Senior AI / ML Engineer !
Caura.ai is building the memory layer for next-gen LLMs - giving AI real long-term context, organizational knowledge, and true agentic capabilities.
We're looking for an exceptional AI Algorithm Engineer to join us early and help shape our core technology.
What you’ll work on:
- Designing advanced retrieval systems (Neo4j, hybrid vector + graph search)
- Managing the memory lifecycle: create, update, deduplicate, delete
- Building LLM extraction pipelines → structured knowledge
- Developing agentic capabilities alongside the founding team
- Representing Caura at conferences, workshops, and customer sessions
Requirements:
- 5+ years software development experience
- 3+ years in AI/Algorithms
- Python (preferred) or Go
- Experience with IR, NLP, knowledge graphs, RAG, ranking algorithms
- Hands-on experience with LLMs in production, AI agents, Neo4j, vector DBs, PostgreSQL
- Excellent communication skills & customer-facing experience
