At Caura.ai, we’re building the corporate intelligence boardroom-an AI layer that works alongside teams across the organization, synthesizing persistent memory, organizational context, and real-time signals to elevate how companies think, operate, and make decisions.

We are now looking for a Founding Head of AI to help architect the future of Caura’s intelligence platform and play a defining role in the company’s technical and product direction.

What you’ll lead

As a core member of our founding team, you will:

• Architect and own Caura’s unified intelligence platform.
• Advance our memory-driven reasoning systems that enable organization-wide intelligence.
• Develop agentic workflows that integrate corporate, operational, and market data.
• Drive strategy across LLMs, retrieval, routing, evaluation, and orchestration.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to bring novel AI capabilities from concept to deployment.
• Help set the technical culture, standards, and long-term vision for Caura’s AI roadmap.

Who we’re looking for

A technical leader who:

• Has deep expertise in LLMs, RAG, agent architectures, orchestration, and evaluation.
• Has built or scaled advanced AI systems in production.
• Operates fluently across research, infrastructure, and product strategy.
• Thrives in early-stage environments where ownership is vast and impact is immediate.
• Is excited to build foundational systems that will power how organizations work and make decisions.
