We’re looking for a hands-on, Financial Controller to join our team and support a portfolio of early-stage tech companies.
The controller will partner directly with key leaders in each startup and bring a strong get-the-sheet-done mentality to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
This role offers a hybrid work model and flexible hours, perfect for someone who values independence, and ownership.
Requirements:
- CPA (Big-4 experience advantage)
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a high-tech or startup company
- Strong US GAAP knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills; Priority, QuickBooks experience - advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, team members, and outsourced vendors
- Detail-oriented, highly accountable, and comfortable managing multiple clients
- A proactive, problem-solving approach and strong drive to “get things done”
