We are seeking an IT Specialist with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, and basic network operations. The role includes day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and working with core organizational systems.

Requirements:

Experience in Helpdesk / IT Support (Tier 1/2): handling user issues, troubleshooting, and providing technical assistance.
Strong experience with Windows operating systems: upgrades, support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Experience with Linux an advantage (basic support, maintenance, and updates).
Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, AD: troubleshooting, user management, and general system operation.
Practical experience resolving hardware and software issues: component replacement, software installation, antivirus handling, and workstation support
