ERP Solution Architecture Director

About the Role

A senior leadership position within the IT Staff team, responsible for driving the solution architecture of the organization’s core information systems and leading technological strategy at the enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture Leadership: Oversee and implement development architecture across the organization’s core information systems.
• Ongoing Consulting: Provide continuous professional and technological guidance to delivery teams.
• Methodology Development: Establish working methodologies, standards, and procedural frameworks.
• Technical Debt Reduction: Lead initiatives to reduce technical debt within existing solutions.
• Technological Leadership: Serve as a Tech Lead within the IT Staff team.

Key Objectives

• Business: Ensure smooth processes, reduce technical debt, drive methodology adoption, improve stakeholder satisfaction, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Technological: Standardize organizational products and architecture.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven Experience: 8–10 years of experience in senior technological leadership roles at an enterprise level.
• ERP Expertise: Deep, advanced knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise solutions – must.
• Systems Architecture: Demonstrated experience in designing and managing complex system architectures.
• Managerial Skills:
• Strong technological leadership and ability to guide cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing complex projects.
• Ability to develop methodologies and operational processes.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of system integrations.
• Experience in reducing technical debt.
• Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills.
• Customer Orientation: Excellent service mindset and ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant academic degree (Software Engineering / Information Systems).
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
• Relevant professional certifications.
