DevOps Team Leader

🚀 We’re Hiring a DevOps Team Leader (Hands-On)!

An exciting opportunity to lead, influence, and build advanced DevOps processes in a dynamic, multi-project environment.

About the Role:

* Lead and manage a DevOps team with a strong hands-on approach (as part of a group that includes multiple DevOps teams)

* Full responsibility for implementing the DevOps vision and leading end-to-end processes based on requirements from multiple projects

* Design, build, and maintain fast, flexible, and scalable pipelines throughout the entire software development lifecycle

* Work with advanced technologies and tools while continuously optimizing and improving processes

* Support development and integration teams in release processes to development and customer environments

What We’re Looking For:

At least 4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer

At least 3 years of experience leading a DevOps team (5+ engineers)

Experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab / Azure DevOps / Jenkins

Proven experience working with Git

Scripting experience with Bash and Python

Experience with Linux and Windows environments

Hands-on experience with Docker containers

Experience with Kubernetes infrastructure (OpenShift is a plus)

Experience working with Helm

Experience with IaC tools such as Ansible and Terraform – an advantage

Familiarity with DevSecOps – an advantage

Experience with public cloud (AWS) and private cloud environments – an advantage
