We are seeking for a motivated and driven Product Manager, to Join our Business Development team!

This role entails complete responsibility for water treatment product lifecycle management, encompassing everything from conceptualization and design to launch, support, and end-of-life phases.

The ideal candidate for this role will combine technical proficiency, market savvy, and strong cross-functional leadership. This blend is crucial for fostering innovation and ensuring our products effectively serve the industrial water sector’s customer and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Product Lifecycle Management, encompassing the development, design, standardization, and improvement of water treatment products, particularly skid-mounted and pre-engineered systems.
• Additionally, the position involves managing the product roadmap to align with market trends and customer requirements, alongside overseeing product launches, updates, and obsolescence to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.
• Conduct periodic market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. This involves consulting with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and shape product development, as well as benchmarking competitors and analyzing product performance to inform strategy for Cross-Functional Collaboration.
• Work closely with engineering, sales, customer service, procurement, and operations to ensure product quality and market fit. This also involves supporting technical teams in manufacturing and improving standard products, and providing technical support during the sales process, including RFQs and product definition.
• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy both internally and externally. You’ll also be responsible for creating and maintaining technical and sales documentation, in addition to providing regular updates to senior management on product strategy, milestones, and market analysis.
• For Continuous Improvement, you’ll identify new applications and opportunities for the product portfolio, leading initiatives for product innovation, sustainability, and cost optimization.
• This also involves ensuring customer feedback is consistently integrated into ongoing product development efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field. An MBA is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in product management, specifically within the water treatment / industrial process / related B2B engineering sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex technical products through their full lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of water treatment processes, technologies, and market dynamics (e.g., wastewater, industrial process water, desalination) – An advantage
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear product requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
