Project Manager (OvdimNet)

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in implementing our solutions for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, and supporting long-term success.

Responsibilities

• System Implementation & Onboarding: Lead the specification and implementation of the system for new clients, including setup of work agreements, organizational processes, and configuration.
• Customer Support & Service: Provide professional support for system users, resolve technical and operational issues, set up and apply new attendance agreements, and ensure an optimal user experience.
• Training & Guidance: Train new and existing clients on system features, guide them throughout the onboarding process, and support daily usage.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain long-term client relationships, understand customer needs, and adapt solutions to fit their specific requirements.
  
  

• Knowledge (Advantage): Prior experience or in-depth understanding of workforce attendance systems.
• Technical Orientation: Ability to understand technological processes and manage technical challenges.
• Mathematical Thinking: Translate organizational policies and “real-world stories” into clear mathematical rules.
• Communication Skills: Convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Interpersonal Skills: Team player with patience, independence, and initiative.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues efficiently and proactively.
