Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end migration processes of existing customers from On-Premise to Cloud.
- Analyze business needs and craft value propositions that highlight cloud benefits: cost savings, data security, scalability, backups, and automatic updates.
- Build and present ROI analyses using data-driven insights and customer success stories.
- Manage commercial negotiations and close deals, from initial engagement through contract signing.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Cloud Technical teams to ensure seamless customer transitions.
- Develop and nurture relationships with business partners, system integrators, and technology consultants to expand sales opportunities.
- Take full ownership of meeting sales and revenue targets.
- Experience: 3–4 years in software / SaaS / IT infrastructure sales, including at least 2 years closing deals with mid-to-large enterprises.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of ERP systems (Priority ERP knowledge and experience = Huge advantage). Advantageous to have experience with Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) or SaaS.
- Skills: Strong ability to present business value at executive level, proven experience managing complex negotiations, excellent command of English.
- Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, results-driven, persistent in achieving goals, and skilled at mobilizing internal and external stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Economics preferred. Advanced English proficiency is an advantage.
